The enclosed porch features a skylight and ceiling fan and is a great additional space for reading or just relaxing. The King Master Suite and two additional bedrooms that share a hall bath are on this level.
The lower level features a family game room with a foosball table plus a den area with a 55" Smart TV and premium cable sports package so the family sports enthusiasts won't miss out on the big game! This level also includes two bedrooms and a common hall bathroom. The garage also has a ping pong table for more family fun!
Outside, your family can enjoy a game of corn hole or a game of basketball. Settle in at the beach and watch the waves rolling in or bring your boogie boards to catch the waves instead.
