Since the kitchen is the heart of the home, this open kitchen and dining room offers the perfect area to gather for family meals as well playing games and putting puzzles together. A king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a bunk room with two common hall baths complete this level.

Outside, oceanside decks on each level provide comfortable spots to enjoy your morning coffee while you catch that glorious sunrise and watch the dolphins play. The shaded area under the house is great for playing ping pong and grilling the family dinner. A gate to the beach is also provided so you can spend your days playing in the sand and waves and then easily access the outdoor shower, changing room and bath before jumping into your own private swimming pool. What a great way to cool off after soaking up the sun all day! You'll also love the hot tub under the stars and the way the bubbling water soothes your worries away and calms your soul. First floor laundry room has a high efficiency washer so please bring HE detergent.
