The huge L-shaped screened porch is a great place to curl up with a good book while enjoying the ocean views and breezes...or enjoy the views and catch some rays on the multiple Oceanside decks. After a day of fun at the beach, retreat to the swirling waters of the Hot Tub or cool off by taking a dip in your own private Swimming Pool! Check out the Seafarer Lounge! A 20' X 30' Deck was built under the covered area on the southside of the house. This area features a Surfboard Bar with seating for 8, 2 gas grills, LED lighting and a 43" TV. In the sand nearby is seating for 6 and a wooden pathway to the beach path that includes an outdoor shower with footbath to use when coming from the beach.
