The top-level serves as the ultimate gathering space, boasting an open-concept living area equipped with a cozy fireplace, and direct access to sweeping ocean-breeze decks with comfortable outdoor furniture. Channel your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen - complete with a spacious pantry to give you all the space you need to feed a crowd. Host family meals around the expansive dining setup or grab a quick bite at the kitchen bar.

Ultimate Entertainment and Abundant Accommodations
Designed with fun and relaxation in mind, the mid- and ground-levels offer endless room to spread out. The mid-level hosts a cozy den and four master bedrooms, with two offering direct deck access. Head down to the ground-level game zone to find a dedicated rec room featuring a pool table and access to the back patio, alongside a private home gym. The ground-level finishes with two additional master bedrooms and two extra bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill bath. Step outside to enjoy the gas grill, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or lounge by the oceanfront pool and hot tub!

Ground-Level: Rec Room with Smart TV, Pool Table, and Deck Access; Gym; Master Bedroom; Master Bedroom; Bedroom, shares Jack and Jill Full Bathroom with Bedroom; Hall Half Bathroom.

Additional Amenity Details: Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15.


All Sandbridge Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
