Sandbridge Dunes condominium has elevator access from ground level to every floor, and a community pool with a kids wading area.

Community pools are open in-season only – exact dates must be confirmed by the property management company. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 23, 2025 and August 31, 2025.


Covered garage parking spaces under the building are limited to vehicles with a total height of 6'4'' (including racks,  luggage pods, etc). The Board of Directors of the Sandbridge Dunes Condo Association has prohibited EV parking under garage spaces. There is no EV charging onsite. Also prohibited are all lithium-ion battery devices (e-scooters, e-bikes, e-hoverboards, segways, etc.). All such lithium-ion powered items are prohibited from parking/storing under, in, near, or adjacent to The Dunes building. Unassigned parking spaces outside the garage area are available.  Off-street parking is also available on Marlin Lane.


All Sandbridge Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
