The elevator makes moving in and out a breeze and is key to all family members enjoying the full experience of the entire house together. Owners are dog lovers themselves, and 2 dogs are allowed (max 2 dogs, max size 30 lbs.), so the entire family can enjoy the beach! The beach access is just steps away and the fenced backyard and pool area will be calling you after a long day at the beach. Relax by the cabana bar while the kids splash and play in the pool or relax in the hot tub. Catch the game while enjoying the ocean breezes in your own backyard! Grill by the pool with meals under the sky.  There is even a Tesla charger in the garage for our “green” guests!  

If you can tear yourself away from the beach or pool, the soothing palate and serene décor will welcome you with more fun! Luxury vinyl tile throughout is the clean option for this new house. The countertops will be custom granite and the bathrooms have tile showers and floors. Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 12, 2024, and May 2, 2025 until October 11, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round. All Sandbridge Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
