There is a great view of the ocean from the large private balcony. Access is obtained from two of the oceanfront bedrooms as well as the living room. There is a TV and DVD in the living room along with ceiling fans and a queen sleeper sofa.The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparation.
The master suite has a great ocean view with access to the oceanfront balcony. It has its own private grand bath with double vanities and walk-in tile shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, private bath and access to the oceanfront balcony. Bedroom three has 2 twin beds. TVs are available in all bedrooms.
This property has never been rented prior to the 2015 rental season. It is in pristine condition and very nicely decorated.
The Shipwatch Villas building has an elevator, plus the Shipwatch complex has a community swimming pool. Please Note: There are only two parking passes available for each unit. Please make your travel plans accordingly. Notice: The Tennis Courts are not available!
