This bedroom also has direct access out to a  private  oceanfront deck where you will find comfortable seating while watching the porpoises troll down the shoreline looking for their morning meal.

Bedroom 3 is on the rear (street side) of the townhome and is equipped with two twin beds, dresser, storage chest, lamps, ceiling fan and a large flatscreen TV. This is a great spot for the kids to hang out and watch their favorite movies.

As you approach the stairway for the second level you will notice there is a convenient  lift chair that will help transport any of the elderly in the group to the upper living level. The second level is the main living level which encompasses the living room, dining area and kitchen.  

The living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa, loveseat, comfortable arm chair, end tables with lamps, decorative wall art and a large flatscreen TV. This room also provides direct access out to the large  oceanfront deck. The deck is equipped with a pub height table with chairs and is a great spot for outdoor dining or just having that early morning cup of coffee.

Adjoining the living room is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen very well equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations including all required major and small countertop appliances. The major appliances are all stainless and include a refrigerator with ice maker, smooth-top range oven combination, dishwasher and a built-in microwave. The countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. The kitchen has all new shaker style cabinetry with beautiful granite countertops. There is also a large  pantry for storing your weekly supply of groceries. The kitchen also provides direct access out to the rear deck where you will find comfortable seating.

The dining table is equipped to seat 6 with 2 extras at the kitchen bar area.

For your added convenience there is a half bath on this level as well.

As you approach the next flight of stairs you will be entering the top level which is dedicated to the  master suite (bedroom 1),  including a private balcony with outstanding views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
