There's a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests. The Shipwatch Villas building has an elevator, plus the Shipwatch complex has a community swimming pool.Please Note: There are only two parking passes available for each unit. Please make your travel plans accordingly. Notice: The Tennis Courts are Not Available!
