The home includes a fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals during your getaway. Guests enjoy access to excellent community amenities within Bias Shores, including the community pool located directly across the street and community tennis courts. The Bias Shores Community also provides sound access with a beach, dock, and gazebo, which is the ideal spot for sunset viewing, crabbing, and paddleboarding. Ocean access is easily achieved via a private community beach access point with parking, located approximately 1100 feet away. A nearby bike, walking, and jogging path offers convenient access to the heart of the Village of Duck. There, you can explore the Town Park, playground, and enjoy a serene walk on the Soundfront Boardwalk at sunset.
