Perched high on a sand dune, Sea-Duck-Sun offers panoramic ocean and sound views from its wrap around decks. This beautiful beach home is located in the heart of Duck Village and only steps away from dining and shopping. Just a short walk (1175 feet) to the beach with direct and private access.
Nicely decorated and well equipped, this pet friendly vacation home makes you feel welcome inside and out! Gather the family in the top floor living area where they can relax on comfortable furnishings and watch TV or movies on the 65 inch flatscreen TV with built in Roku and a Blue Ray DVD player. Each bedroom also features its own flatscreen TV with built in Roku with DVD player so everyone can watch what they like in their own space. There is also Stereo with Bluetooth streaming capabilities and various books, videos, movies, games, and puzzles to keep the whole family entertained throughout their stay. Wireless High Speed Internet Access is also available throughout Sea Duck Sun for checking email and sharing those vacation photos with friends and family back home!
The open kitchen features a breakfast bar with Keurig Coffee Maker perfect for a quick cup of coffee while preparing breakfasts before heading out to the beach. Make sure they grab the sand and beach toys! A washer and dryer is available for keeping beach towels and bathing suits sand free during your stay. Central air and heat and ceiling fans keeps everyone cool and comfortable during those hot summer days and the enclosed outside shower is a great place to cool off (and rinse off) after a day at the beach.
Outdoors, enjoy the 2 picnic tables and outdoor dinette table; perfect for eating a casual dinner grilled up on the charcoal grill. Shoot a few hoops at the basketball goal, or just relax on the decks with furniture or swing on the porch swing. Explore the neighborhood on the 2 provided bicycles with helmets. Be sure to take a ride on the bike path down to the new Duck Town Park with soundfront boardwalk and playground. Catch a sunset right over the water!

A full Linen Package is available for an additional $201.00 (plus tax). Sunday to Sunday Rental
$110 (+ tax) pet fee, per pet will apply & added at time of booking (maximum 2 dogs)
