As you make your grand entrance onto the ground level, you will be awestruck by the luxurious sights before you. This level provides the perfect balance of entertainment, relaxation, and fun. The recreation lounge features a Flat Screen TV, Pool Table, Foosball, and Arcade Game plus a Shuffleboard Table. There is a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and commercial ice maker with a full sink. The private Home Theater includes tiered seating as well as a bar in the back with additional seating. Not only does the theater room feature electronics, audio/visual and lighting by a nationally recognized and award-winning company, but the entire home is designed to have the latest and greatest technology that is comfortable to use even if you do not have any technology experience. You will also find a King master suite and a master bedroom with two Twins that can convert into a King. Laundry facilities include one full-size stackable washer and dryer unit and one full-size side-by-side set. A half bath is conveniently located on this floor and is easily accessible from the pool area. Speaking of your private pool, this pool has it all! The main pool is a luxury pool with a wet deck and includes a kiddie pool with a mother seat. For those looking for the heat, relax in the hot tub.
The mid-level includes five master suites— including four King master suites (two with ocean views and one with Soundside views). The fifth master suite on this floor is dedicated to the kids. This room is equipped with two Twin Bunk Sets; the kids will not want to leave! A centrally located family room features a large flat screen smart TV, full refrigerator, microwave, and wet bar— a perfect additional gathering area with a game table and seating.
The top-level features an expansive great room with a vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, and sweeping ocean views courtesy of the unique foldable glass door system on the oceanfront sun deck. There is also a dining area with seating for 16, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with two full refrigerators, a microwave drawer, a Jenn Aire gourmet cook stove/oven, and an island with seating for eight. There is also a wet bar including a beverage refrigerator. There is a half bath located just off the kitchen. You will also find a nice octagonal soundside seating room with a game table for puzzles, playing cards, enjoying your morning coffee or your evening cocktail. Sleeping accommodations on this floor include one King master suite with custom tile walk-in shower (with two adjustable rain head shower fixtures) and dual sink vanity. King suite features sunsets. Parking for 6 cars.

Special events are welcome with a maximum of 100 guests. A $2,000 event fee will apply. A local licensed event planner/insured event planning company must be used and the name of the person and company must be submitted within 90 days prior to the event.
Handicap-Friendly:
This home is designed to be handicap-friendly, however not necessarily ADA compliant. This home has a wheelchair-accessible elevator, ramp, and access to the pool area from the front of the home. Please note that not every room or area of the home will be wheelchair accessible. The home is located next to the public beach access with a handicap-accessible beach ramp which is managed by the Town of Nags Head and is subject to change.
