The fun doesn't stop at the beach. At Sunkissed, you'll be able to enjoy your very own private pool complete with plenty of polywood outdoor furniture by the pool and on the decks for lounging in the sun, and a private hot tub for relaxing and de-stressing. If you're ready to get out of the sun all together, head to the rec room and cool off. The lower levels features a 4 player arcade machine with 3500 games, Foosball table, pool table, a bar area with full refrigerator and microwave, and a game/card table with plenty of board games, puzzles and books for everyone to enjoy! The lower level bedroom has an ocean view deck with Polywood furniture.
The mid level features a reading/game room with a 55” ROKU TV, a master with a King bed, a nautical themed duo-bunk bedroom with an adjoining queen bedroom (featuring a large front deck) with a shared bathroom - perfect for families. There is an additional twin bedroom and bathroom, with another deck along rear of this level.
Upstairs you'll find a spacious living area perfect for getting everyone together to catch up, spend quality time together, and relax. The chef in your family will love the spacious and fully equipped kitchen. There are not one, but 2 dining tables, giving enough space for 16 plus additional seating at the breakfast bar. Everyone will have a space to sit down and enjoy meals together as a group. The upper level includes a large master suite and bathroom, and a large, well-appointed kitchen. The upper level includes both front and rear decks featuring Polywood furniture to enjoy sensational sunrises from the front deck and spectacular sunsets from the rear deck.
