Located just moments from Pamlico Sound, this five-bedroom/five- and one-half-bath home will especially delight kiteboarders and windsurfers who will be drawn to a community boat ramp with access to one of the sport's most coveted waters.
Of course, it's what's at the house that will enthrall everyone else, starting with the raised pool deck views of the sound. Enter the home and find an elevator that makes move in and out a breeze. A game room, ideal for days when the sun is too hot or simply hiding, is located on the first level and features a pool table, four-seat card table, TV, kitchenette, and half-bath. Across the hall is the first of five bedrooms, a master king with private bath. A washer/dryer sits on the landing between levels one and two. The second level reveals three more bedrooms: a king and queen, each with private ensuite baths; and a pyramid bunk room with access to a hallway bath. The final bedroom, a king with private ensuite bath and sound-facing deck access is located on the third level. Like all of the other bedrooms, this one is equipped with a smart TV.

New for 2024: New sectional and chairs in the great room. New kitchen appliances. The pool has been resurfaced with LED lighting added and a new pool deck. New deck and pool furniture. New TVs in all bedrooms. New 70" TV in great room, reworked bookshelf into TV enclosure and enclosed space over fireplace. New couch, loveseat, rugs, and tables in game room. Local art hung throughout.

Beds
All homes provide pillows and blankets for each bed. A pyramid bunk has a single bed on top and either a double or queen bed on the bottom. A trundle is a single bed that pulls out from beneath another bed.
