Lou's offers easy beach access with ample ocean and sound views. Conveniently enter the lower level after relaxing pool side or in the six-person hot tub. On the first level you'll find the game room complete with pool table, wet bar, and full refrigerator. Steps away is a media room with a 50" TV including 5.1 surround-sound with subwoofer, DVD player, and a comfy sofa to take in a flick. This lower level contains all the amenities for play and relaxing. At the end of a full day, retreat to the mid-level three bedrooms, one pyramid bunk for the kids and a semi-private full bath, one master bedroom with a king and one master bedroom with a queen. Between all the rooms on the second-floor landing, there is a cozy private den and library stocked with books to pass the summer in leisure, a 50" TV, sofa, and a convenient half bath. Upstairs is home to the bright open great room where you'll find all the necessities of home, a desktop computer, an open family room with plush couches and ample kitchen for planning all your hunger needs. The business center has a duel monitor desktop PC, in case you need to catch up on something, or just check email. You'll love the fully equipped kitchen with an island for extra seating, the laid-back open area with TV, DVD, and plenty of sitting room for the family. When the catch of the day is ready, retreat to the dining area full of sky light and take in the ocean views from the abundant windows. For a closer look, relax on one of LOU'S many sun-soaked decks on every floor. All homes provide pillows and blankets for each bed. A pyramid bunk has a single bed on top and either a double or queen bed on the bottom. A trundle is a single bed that pulls out from beneath another bed.
