Ground Level: The landscaping at Sea Isle adds a touch of privacy and isolation to the property. Exterior amenities include a concrete parking area with direct exterior elevator access from the driveway to all levels, a fully gated private pool (14 x 34), hot tub, outside shower, picnic table, grilling area with gas grill and park-style charcoal grill and a shared sand path beach walkway. Inside you'll find elevator access to all levels, a rec room with a flat-screen TV, pool table, foosball table, 2 mini-refrigerators, pool deck access, and a handicap-friendly bathroom with 36" doorway for a clear width of 34.5", roll-under sink and shower with seat and heavy-duty grab bar.  King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and pool deck access. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Level 2: King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and private balcony overlooking the pool and dunes, King Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and deck access, full hallway bathroom and a Bedroom with DuoBunk, Single Bed, and a flat-screen TV.

Level 3: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private balcony overlooking the pool and dunes, King Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access, full hallway bathroom and a Bedroom with DuoBunk, Single Bed and flat-screen TV and a half bath convenient to the top level.

Top Level: Open great room with cathedral ceilings, oak staircase and vinyl plank flooring, large flat-screen TV/DVD, spectacular oceanfront and beach views, gas fireplace, and deck access. The dining area with two large style conference room tables butting together, with adult seats and benching to maximize small children's capacity and will seat 14-16 kids and adults. Kitchen with 2 dishwashers, custom Kyanite stone countertops, under-counter ice machine, refrigerator with filter and crushed ice, and island-style bar seating 4. The deck offers a "Built to Last" picnic table and benches with captain's chairs, a deck lounger, and two director chairs that are elevated to maximize your views in comfort,

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

PRIVATE POOL is open from May - October (Pool dates can be extended upon request for a fee)
1 Dog Allowed ($200 Security Deposit required for 2 Dogs, Pit Bulls, and documented biters not allowed)  

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until 4:00 pm check-in time. We have stationed a housekeeping professional in Sparkle Club homes from 10 am to 4 pm on each changeover day. The housekeeping team will continue their work until 4 pm to provide your family with extra cleaning for a special vacation! Before leaving at 4 pm the housekeeper will walk through the home with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to the guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
