Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, TV with premium cable channels, and a private full bath. Bedroom #2 has 1 Queen Bed, 1 Twin Bed, TV with premium cable channels, and access to the Shared Full Bath.

Amenities Include: 3 TVs with premium cable channels, Fully Equipped Kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with attached ice maker, stove/oven, and toaster. Covered Deck with Furniture.

Community Pool typically open Easter - October 10am - 10 pm

Complex rentals are ONLY allowed two (2) parking passes, which are numbered. Renters MUST check into the Atlantic Beach Office for these to be assigned.
