This Beach Bungalow comes with all the old-school charm that you would expect on North Topsail Beach. With three bedrooms, two baths and a large game room area there is plenty of room for all of your guests plus fun to be had by all. Entry from the ground floor brings you into the expansive Game Room fully equipped with a flat screen tv and pool table for family enjoyment. The first bathroom complete with shower is located on this level. Up one flight of stairs is the kitchen that is ready for dinner or conversation. The kitchenette table seats 4 and additional seating can be found at the wall counter. Just past the kitchen is the living area with flat screen tv and a Queen Sleeper Sofa that opens to the screened in porch overlooking the ocean. What a great space to drink your morning coffee or to spend your time unwinding after a long day at the beach. Just off of the living area are two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and wall tv. A few steps away you will find the main bathroom with lots of counter space and an enclosed bathtub/shower combo. Down the hall is Bedroom #3 with a full size bed and a twin over full bunk bed - an ideal space for the kids! You will soon discover that this cozy bungalow is everything you hoped it would be.
