Continue down the hall to find a fully equipped kitchen, open concept living room, dedicated dining area for 4, and seating for an additional two adults along the counter. The living room showcases a large sliding glass door that looks directly out over the beach and ocean, and features additional windows and natural light because this is an end unit! When you aren't enjoying the view from the sliding glass door you can enjoy the flat screen television and comfortable seating in the living area. The living room sleeper sofa boasts a queen size bed for additional sleeping options. The main feature of this unit is the view from the covered deck... this unit overlooks the beach and sunrise each morning. The Surf Condos features many additional on site amenities including a zero grade entry community pool, covered gazebos at the pool area, community grilling area, onsite laundry facilities, gated community, off street parking, two community beach accesses, and the perfect location to enjoy all that Topsail Island and Surf City have to offer.
