The open living area is located on the top floor with several windows to enjoy the ocean views. There is a large well-equipped kitchen for the many cooks in the family and a huge dining table with views of the ocean! In addition to the living area on the top floor, there are two bedrooms: a king bedroom with ocean views and access to a full tub/shower bathroom as well as the sun deck; bedroom 2 has a queen bed. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with ocean views and access to the covered deck: bedroom 3 has a queen bed, bedroom 4 has two queen beds and a private bathroom with a shower, and bedroom 5 has two queen beds and a private bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower. There is hall bathroom with a tub/shower and a laundry closet on the first floor. Amenities include a sun deck with furniture, a covered deck with hot tub, an enclosed outside shower, a gas grill, Instant Pot, beach chairs/toys, fishing equipment/poles and family games. *Sleeps 16: 1K, 6Q, 1QSS, 1 Pack-n-play, LINENS NOT PROVIDED UNLESS PURCHASED.
