If you are looking for a place to unwind, this tranquil oceanfront condo is just the place. Upon entering, you will be drawn in by the soothing color palette and cozy furnishings that invite relaxation. Enjoy stunning ocean views from main living area and all bedrooms.

Entering the main living area, the fully equipped updated kitchen with bar seating islocated to your left. (Regular coffee maker and Keurig for coffee connoisseurs) Directly in front of the kitchen is the living and dining areas. The living area has two comfortable couches perfect for lounging while taking in the view from the sliding glass door out to the large ocean front balcony. A flatscreen smart TV sits against the wall, ready for watching a movie in the evening. You will spend most of your time relaxing on the balcony because the view isamazing. The dining area has a large farm style table overlooking the ocean, the perfect spot for side splitting laughter from gathered family. 

From the dining area a long hallway gives you access to all 3 bedrooms. Going down the hallway you will first come to a shared full bathroom on your right. This bathroom is shared by the twin bunk bedroom and the living area. On your left, you will find the twin bunk bedroom with a French door that opens to the oceanfront balcony.

At the end of the hallway, you will find the doors to the other two bedrooms. On your left is the large queen sized bedroom with private full bathroom and access to the balcony and great ocean views. Across the hall is the master suite. Wake up looking at the ocean from this huge master suite which has a King sized bed with pillowtop mattress, private full bathroom and sitting area. Since this is a corner condo, you can see all the way to Surf City on a clear day from thisroom - the views are unparalleled. Plus, this suite allows for complete privacy!! All 3 bedrooms have flat screen TVs and this unit has dedicated high speed wireless internet available for all guests (separate from the community wifi)! 

This luxury community features three outstanding pools; a large ocean front pool, two smaller pools, one with a waterfall and a separate children’s pool. The community pools are open April 1st through the end of October (depending on weather)! The hot tubs are open year-round. The complex also features wireless internet throughout the property, hot tub, tennis courts, direct beach access, and an on-site restaurant (Splash by the Sea) and bar. Villa Capriani offers everything that you can ask for in a vacation! You will find it difficult to leave!

Only 2 parking passes, 3 pool/beach gate cards, and 8 pool wristbands are provided for this property.

BOOKING DETAILS - 

• Age Requirements: You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. ID verification required prior to check in. House parties will be evicted immediately. Any group renting this property under false pretenses shall be immediately evicted with no refund.

• Summer Requirements: 7-night minimum stays, Saturday Check-in/out only

• TV Disclosure: Smart TVs require guests to log in with their own accounts to access subscription apps. Access credentials are not provided.

CANCELLATIONS -
Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period less non refundable reservation fee, cancellation fee, and third-party fees. Please review our Rental Policies and Cancellation Policy.

CHECK IN DAY DETAILS -
Your rental home allows you to check-in directly at the property. Check-in typically becomes available BETWEEN 4:00 - 6:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as your rental is ready for check in, we will send you a text message with all of your check-in instructions. Please understand that all homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue access details and you are not allowed to be at the property until you have received that text message.

PREPARING FOR YOUR VACATION -
All our vacation rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s) and more! Our vacation homes do not supply consumable items for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, spices, cleaning products, etc.). Please plan accordingly for any items you may need during your stay.

You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Some homes provide complimentary linens for select dates and this detailed information can be found in the description.  Linen package options include BRONZE (bed sheets only per bed listed), SILVER (bed sheets per bed listed, a bath towel set per occupancy, dish towel, and a bath mat per shower/tub), and GOLD (all items from the SILVER package plus one extra bath towel per occupancy).

TOPSAIL ISLAND GENERAL INFO-
WiFi: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT given.   

Beach Nourishment: Beach nourishment projects help preserve and protect Topsail Island’s shoreline. Most projects are scheduled annually between November and April and may involve large pipes on the beach, trucks moving sand, and other equipment to rebuild and maintain our dunes. Timelines and locations can shift without notice, and we are not always informed in advance. While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment. For the latest updates, we recommend checking the town websites for Topsail Beach, Surf City, or North Topsail Beach. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about potential beach impacts during your stay.

Water Pressure Notice: Please be aware that during popular rental dates, especially in the mornings and evenings, there may be temporary reductions in water pressure. This is a common occurrence across the island as many visitors are getting ready for the day or returning from the beach. We recommend planning showers and other water-related activities accordingly to avoid inconvenience.

Public Parking: The Town of Surf City enforces “Pay to Park” from March 1-Oct 31 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in the Surf City Public Beach Access Parking Lots and other marked Public Parking Lots. The Town of North Topsail Beach will enforce “Pay to Park” from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM year-round. Onslow County operates three public parking areas/beach accesses within the Town of North Topsail Beach. To the best of our knowledge the county intends to continue operating these lots free of charge.

Leave No Trace: Topsail Island enforces a "Leave No Trace" policy in order to protect our shoreline, meaning you must remove all items, including tents and chairs, from the beach each day. Any items left behind are subject to theft, removal by the town, or possibility of being washed away by the ocean.

Turtle Nesting Season: From May to October, Topsail Island is a nesting ground for sea turtles. Be mindful of marked nests, limit oceanside deck lights, and follow local guidelines to protect them.
