Just imagine sitting on the back deck listening to the ocean and having the convenience of walking to the beach on your semi-private beach access, shared only with the other side of the duplex. “A Great Escape” is a duplex with a mirror property next door “Almost Heaven”. Together they can sleep 18!!!

• WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.

Most projects are scheduled annually between November and April and may involve large pipes on the beach, trucks moving sand, and other equipment to rebuild and maintain our dunes. Timelines and locations can shift without notice, and we are not always informed in advance. While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment.
