Sitting on a quiet strand of beach, "Dreams Come True" is a beautifully decorated, four bedroom oceanfront beach house in Topsail Island, located in central Topsail Beach where sun and surf abound!

Three bedrooms are located on the first floor connected by a hallway that runs the length of the home. All four bedrooms in this home are on the oceanfront side, providing stunning views from each guest quarter.

Starting at the first-floor entrance, there is a shared hallway bath with bedroom one, providing two twin beds and easy access to the deck through the sliding glass door.

To your right, continuing down the hallway, lies bedroom two featuring two twin beds and access to the oceanfront deck through sliding glass doors. Across the hallway from the bedrooms is a small closet conveniently containing a washer and dryer. Finally, at the end of the hallway is bedroom three, providing a queen bed.

The stairs to the second floor are located adjacent to bedroom one at the beginning of the first-floor hallway. The stairs take you into the main living area with a large, open-concept floor plan, kitchen, dining and living room area. The large kitchen has an island with additional seating and ample supplies needed for a home cooked meal at the beach.

Tall, oceanfront windows allow this home to be bathed in natural light as well as provide beautiful views of the ocean from all areas of the upper level. The dining area is strategically found oceanside providing a large dining room table. Three comfortable sofas allow for plenty of seating in the living room and 43-in smart TV is perfect for movie night. 

The fourth and final bedroom is located beside the living room and has a queen bed, access to a large shared bathroom and sliding glass doors to the oceanfront deck.

BOOKING DETAILS - 

• Age Requirements: You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. ID verification required prior to check in. House parties will be evicted immediately. Any group renting this property under false pretenses shall be immediately evicted with no refund.

• Summer Requirements: 7-night minimum stays, Saturday Check-in/out only

• TV Disclosure: Smart TVs require guests to log in with their own accounts to access subscription apps. Access credentials are not provided.

CANCELLATIONS -
Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period less non refundable reservation fee, cancellation fee, and third-party fees. Please review our Rental Policies and Cancellation Policy.

CHECK IN DAY DETAILS -
Your rental home allows you to check-in directly at the property. Check-in typically becomes available BETWEEN 4:00 - 6:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as your rental is ready for check in, we will send you a text message with all of your check-in instructions. Please understand that all homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue access details and you are not allowed to be at the property until you have received that text message.

PREPARING FOR YOUR VACATION -
All our vacation rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s) and more! Our vacation homes do not supply consumable items for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, spices, cleaning products, etc.). Please plan accordingly for any items you may need during your stay.

You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Some homes provide complimentary linens for select dates and this detailed information can be found in the description.  Linen package options include BRONZE (bed sheets only per bed listed), SILVER (bed sheets per bed listed, a bath towel set per occupancy, dish towel, and a bath mat per shower/tub), and GOLD (all items from the SILVER package plus one extra bath towel per occupancy).

TOPSAIL ISLAND GENERAL INFO - 
WiFi: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT given.   

Beach Nourishment: Beach nourishment projects help preserve and protect Topsail Island’s shoreline. Most projects are scheduled annually between November and April and may involve large pipes on the beach, trucks moving sand, and other equipment to rebuild and maintain our dunes. Timelines and locations can shift without notice, and we are not always informed in advance. While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment. For the latest updates, we recommend checking the town websites for Topsail Beach, Surf City, or North Topsail Beach. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about potential beach impacts during your stay.

Water Pressure Notice: Please be aware that during popular rental dates, especially in the mornings and evenings, there may be temporary reductions in water pressure. This is a common occurrence across the island as many visitors are getting ready for the day or returning from the beach. We recommend planning showers and other water-related activities accordingly to avoid inconvenience.

Public Parking: The Town of Surf City enforces “Pay to Park” from March 1-Oct 31 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in the Surf City Public Beach Access Parking Lots and other marked Public Parking Lots. The Town of North Topsail Beach will enforce “Pay to Park” from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM year-round. Onslow County operates three public parking areas/beach accesses within the Town of North Topsail Beach. To the best of our knowledge the county intends to continue operating these lots free of charge.

Leave No Trace: Topsail Island enforces a "Leave No Trace" policy in order to protect our shoreline, meaning you must remove all items, including tents and chairs, from the beach each day. Any items left behind are subject to theft, removal by the town, or possibility of being washed away by the ocean.

Turtle Nesting Season: From May to October, Topsail Island is a nesting ground for sea turtles. Be mindful of marked nests, limit oceanside deck lights, and follow local guidelines to protect them.
