DESCRIPTION
Enjoy the views on the decks of "House Divided" in Topsail Beach, NC! Located on the South end of Topsail Island, this single-family home offers four bedrooms and accommodates up to 8 guests. The top floor of this home provides an open concept living and kitchen space. Off of the living room, you will find a Master Bedroom providing a King bed, TV, deck access, and a full bathroom. Make your way downstairs to the lower level of house that has three bedrooms. All three bedrooms offer deck access. One of the bedrooms offer a twin over Queen bunk bed and the other bedroom is a queen bed. A shared full bathroom is located in the hallway. The last bedroom is a second Master Bedroom suite offering a King bed and an ensuite with a stand-up shower and jetted bathtub. The laundry room is also located on this level in the hallway. Pups are more than welcomed to tag along when staying at House Divided.

Don't forget your linens! Unless otherwise indicated, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience.
Please note, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Once you book your vacation, we'll provide you with a list of items that you may want to consider bringing with you on your vacation. The "What to Bring " list can also be viewed on our website under the Guest Services tab.
Please Note: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.
