Location:

Your beach condo is located approximately 2.2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island. This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

• Tiffany's swimming pools are open Memorial Day weekend and closes on Labor Day weekend (dates subject to change).
• Laundry/Pool keycard required with a credit card on file.
• Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on the condo premises.
• Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises.
• Pet Free - No pets allowed by anyone on the premises.
• Public Beach Access at the foot of Pender Ave.
