- 2026 HOA Run Community Pool: open April- October (opening and closing dates to be announced). 8 am to 8 pm daily, weather & safety concerns permitting.
- Gate/laundry/parking passes/pool keycard required with a credit card on file
- 1st Floor Unit - exclusive use of covered parking under the unit. Please note that Surf Condo units only provide parking for 2 vehicles
- Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on the condo premises
- This unit will use the North Beach Access for Surf Condos
- Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises
- No Pets - No pets allowed by tenants on the premises
