This spot will be a popular retreat for all in your group. Step inside to the comfortable living room wihere you can watch a movie on the flat screen TV or catch up with family and friends. The kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and solid surface counter tops, and dining areas are just steps away. Mealtime will be a hit for the whole family!

- South Oceanfront Bedroom - Queen with slider to covered deck; full bath adjacent (36" wide door, roll-in shower and a wheelchair accessible sink)
- North Streetside Bedroom - Twin/Double Bunk Bed, shares either hall bathroom
Second Floor:
- Oceanfront Master Suite - King Bed; private bathroom with tub/shower; access to sun deck
- Living Room - 2 Queen Sofa Sleepers
Location:
Your beach rental is located approximately 2.3 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island. This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

- Elevator is not for tenant use
- Top floor of house is not available for tenant use
