You'll enjoy the multiple porches/decks and your own private dock (space for more than 1 boat) for boating, fishing, crabbing swimming, or just reminiscing about your last time on the course. Need another perk? The kids will love the flex/recreation room at the top of the stairs with a smart TV, foosball table and even a Queen sleeper sofa bed. For your convenience linens (bed/bath) are included for Standard Beds for Weekly Reservations only!
Vacationing on Topsail Island always includes beach days! The 9th Hole is conveniently located .45 miles from the closest public beach access. A short walk down 9th street and you can have your toes in the sand in no time!

This home is located 2.8 miles north of the Surf City high-rise bridge. You will find several restaurants, entertainment, fresh seafood markets, boutiques, gift stores, parks and more. You are close to our local restaurants, shops, Surf City pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum that tells the story of our island';s past.
