This home offers an open layout with nice ocean views from the comfortably furnished main floor Great Room, a nicely modern kitchen that has an island that will seat 4, plus a dining table with room for at least 6. Access two covered decks, one off living room with ocean views and the other off the master bedroom with ocean views.

With four nicely appointed bedrooms, all located on the upper level of the house, you're sure to have a peaceful night's sleep.

Outdoor Spaces:
This home has easy beach access to the right of house at Lenoir and N Topsail Drive. Plus, TONS of parking in the extra-large driveway. Please note that side street parking is a Town of Surf City Paid Parking lot. Two covered decks with comfortable furnishings, including a picnic table in the fenced in back yard. Beneath the home you'll find space for covered parking and an outside enclosed hot/cold shower.
Location:
Your vacation rental is located approximately 1.1 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge. You'll be close to the middle of Topsail Island, which is the main business district with restaurants and shops. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.
