From the second you walk in, you'll know that you're at the beach! This colorfully decorated and well maintained home features an open living area and a  covered porch- perfect for quality family time.

On the 4th Street side of the home is a covered porch complete with picnic table, porch swing/glider and deck furniture. Enter the home into the open and comfortable living room. The kitchen and eating bar are to the right. Here you will find everything you need to prepare a great meal for your family. Down the hall and to the left and right are colorful queen bedrooms. Further down is a bathroom with a tub/shower and another bright and cheerful queen bedroom to the left. On the right is the master bedroom complete with a king bed and its own private bath with a shower. On the back of the home is a covered porch and a stairwell leading to the fenced-in backyard - a perfect place for your pet to roam around and enjoy the sunshine!

Your beach rental is located approximately 2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge. You'll be near the central part of Topsail Island which puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more!   Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

• This property rents Sunday to Sunday during June, July and August; will allow partial rentals during all other times.
• Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises.
• $200 Non-Refundable Pet Fee for 1st Dog. Additional dogs are $50 each non-refundable. Max number allowed is 3. Sorry, cats are not allowed.
• Garage not available to tenants.
