This home features the popular reverse plan to show off the astonishing views of the Atlantic Ocean from the main living area of the home. You will have to see the views to believe them because this second row home has virtually unobstructed 180 degree views of blue waters as far as the eye can see! Wow! You will love it here!
On the top floor is a large sun deck that is perfect any time of day. Whether it's your morning coffee or an evening cocktail, this will be a popular hang out to take it all in. The fabulous views and the cool ocean breezes will have you searching for the sun no more. You are home!
Step inside to the large open living room with bright and comfortable furnishings. Watch a movie on the 55" flat screen TV, surf the web using the free Wi-Fi or spend time catching up with family and friends. Conversations at the beach can last all night! Steps away are the dining area and gourmet kitchen. Experience the good life as you enjoy granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a great selection of kitchen tools to help prepare those delicious fresh seafood meals. When it's time to dine, gather the family around the dining table complete a large custom built-in bench to accommodate your family and friends. Sunchaser is located on a quiet road on the north end of Surf City. Getting to the beach couldn't be easier! Simply walk across the street and use the public beach access as your gateway to a fun-filled day making sandcastles, searching for seashells and swimming in the warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean. When it's time to return for a break from the sun and fun, shower off in the hot/cold enclosed shower on the ground floor and enter the home through the wet weather entry. Life is easy here at Sunchaser and once you experience the views from either deck, you know you can quit chasing the sun and call Sunchaser home!

You'll be near the central part of Topsail Island which puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.
