Your beach house is located approximately .7 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge. You'll be close to shops, restaurants, Surf City Pier and more in the heart of the Island. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

• Linens (bed & bath) are included for standard beds for all reservations 7 nights or longer. Guests may bring linens for non-standard beds or for all beds with reservations less than 7 nights or rent them through Ward Realty for an additional fee.

Please note that this Topsail Island vacation rental comes with sheets and towels for all standard beds for all weekly (7 night minimum) reservations. Linens for non-standard beds such as sleeper sofas, futons, roll-a way beds, etc. are not included. Guest may bring their own linens for non-standard beds or rent them from Ward Realty. Non-standard beds include sleeper sofas, sleeper chairs, futons and roll-a way beds.
