Captain's Quarters provides an unmatched view of the Atlantic from the decks, bedrooms and main living area of the home. 9 windows cover the ocean front wall to take full advantage of the ocean view in the living area.
This fully renovated treasure is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but is also conveniently located near shops and restaurants, providing the best of both worlds as you enjoy coastal life. You will have your own private access to the beach, modern amenities, and two large decks to enjoy the gorgeous sunrise over the ocean.
The top floor of the Captain's Quarters features a roomy kitchen with granite counter tops that opens to to the spacious living and dining area that has beautiful bamboo flooring throughout. The top floor also has a master suite with a view of the ocean and separate access to the upper deck. Next is a double bunk room providing plenty of space for kids. Meanwhile, the first floor features a second master suite with two additional bedrooms and a bathroom. All have views of the ocean and separate access to the deck through sliding glass doors.
This beautiful home has ample parking for 4-6 vehicles plus two covered parking areas underneath the house. It also has a private outdoor shower. Modern amenities include WiFi, flat screen TV's throughout, blue ray DVD player, laundry area, a fully equipped kitchen, and charcoal grill. Captain's Quarters sleeps a maximum of 12 so bring the whole family or gather with friends to create memories that will last a lifetime on Topsail Island.

A Full house linen package can be rented for $396 + tax.
This will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.Individual bed sheet sets can be rented for $39 + tax per bed.

A 7 night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons.
A 3-night minimum stay will be required during our Castaway seasons. Please see the rate section for season dates.No pesky Security Deposits!
All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.This property offers PointCentral Keyless Access for a speedy check-in. Check-in instructions will be emailed to the reservation holder.
