"Bel Mare" boasts 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and ample sleeping accommodations for a group of 12. On the top floor, you'll find the grand great room, encompassing a well-appointed kitchen, a spacious dining area, and a comfortable living room with a built-in entertainment center. Both the living room and dining area are adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows, offering panoramic views of the beach, and providing access to the upper deck. This deck serves as an ideal setting for savoring your morning coffee or indulging in a 5 o'clock cocktail while being captivated by the coastal splendor. Additionally, a bedroom featuring 2 bunk bed sets is situated on the top floor, accompanied by a full-hall bathroom.

The lower level of "Bel Mare" comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The oceanfront master bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed, offers direct access to the covered lower deck. This spacious bedroom also features an attached master bathroom with a double vanity sink. The second bedroom on the lower level serves as an additional sitting room, as it is equipped with a sleeper sofa. Complete with a large TV, direct access to the oceanfront lower deck, and an attached full bathroom, this versatile room ensures both comfort and entertainment. The remaining two bedrooms on this levelone with a queen bed and the other with a double bed plus a twin trundleshare a full bathroom in the hallway and are located on the street side of the house.

"Bel Mare" is lvishly appointed with amenities that guarantee a crowd-pleasing beach vacation. In addition to offering some of the most mesmerizing views in Surf City, this beach house provides WiFi services and a television in every bedroom, ensuring both connectivity and entertainment for all guests.

Linens (Sheets and towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required year-round.

No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.
