This peaceful 4 bedroom Townhome in the Sandpiper Village community is waiting to make your dreams come true.

When you first arrive you will be greeted by covered parking for at least 2 mid-sized vehicles. The entry door is located on the front of the house and offers guest Keyless Access to the unit for your security and convenience. You are welcomed by a foyer area where you can drop off those sandy flip-flops and head upstairs. This reverse floor plan property offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor. The first oceanside bedroom offers guests a Queen sized bed, flat screen TV and private covered deck access. This suite also offers a private full bath. Back out in the hallway, you will find the washer and dryer tucked away in their own closet area. The second bedroom is located in the middle of the hall and is complete with plush bunk beds and a tv to keep those little ones occupied. The next bedroom is located at the end of the hall and offers a Double bed and Flat Screen TV. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a spacious shared bathroom the can use which is located in the hall just outside their doors.

Take one final trip up the stairs to the 3rd floor and enjoy to beautiful peek-a-boo ocean views through the sliding glass doors in the living room. The large ocean facing deck offers seating for you to enjoy the perfect views and summer breezes. With comfy couches and a large flat screen TV you will feel right at home while you enjoy your favorite cable TV shows or that latest blockbuster hit from Redbox! Complete with WiFi service your whole family will be able to stay connected while you are here. The spacious kitchen overlooks the living room and offers all of your basic cooking needs and appliances. The unique booth style dining table with additional seating for 3 will allow all family and friends to dine together comfortably. Just past the kitchen you will find the final bedroom which offers 2 Twin beds and has access to a full shared bath in the hall.

3 Gulls and A Buoy is perfect for any family and offers enough space and comfort that you may never want to go home. The community offers a private Boardwalk beach access to make it easy to get to the best amenity Topsail has to offer, that beautiful sandy beach!

  • Linens (Sheets & Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service:

    • A Full house linen package can be rented for $279 + tax.  
      This will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

    • Individual bed sheet sets can be rented for $39 + tax per bed.
      This will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

  • A 7 night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons.

    A 3-night minimum stay will be required during our Castaway seasons.   Please see the rate section for season dates.

  • No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.

      

  • This property offers PointCentral Keyless Access for a speedy check-in. Check-in instructions will be emailed to the reservation holder.
