This adorable studio apartment, which is one-half of a duplex property, offers guests a private backyard area, an enclosed Beach Shower, and a private patio. This makes "The Roost" the perfect mother-in-law suite or couples retreat.

Inside you are greeted with festive surf decor. The living room offers a cozy couch that converts to a sleeper sofa. Across the room you will find a fantastic full Kitchen, dining area and the Flat Screen Cable TV. This property also offers guests wireless internet service. A stunning divider separates the Queen bedroom area from the main living space. For those of you who are creative and need a safe space to write, or those who need a place to set up your Laptop to stay connected while you are in town, there is a corner desk with a lamp. The Large full bathroom has tons of space with a shower/tub combo and a full size washer and dryer.

The covered front porch on the front side of the property invites guests to cozy up and enjoy cocktails while listening to the music coming from the Trailer Bar and Tortuga's Nest.
