  Unobstructed ocean views from almost every room in this great beach house. 2 floors of ocean side covered porches with access to the beach just a hop, skip and jump away (50 ft. or less). Everything you need for the most perfect of family vacations. Plenty of parking for you and your guests underneath the house and on the driveway.  
The reverse floor plan boasts an upper level with wide open spaces, including a wet bar for your own island drinks. Cook as you watch the ocean and mingle with your guests in the great room. The Great room also houses a Queen sleeper sofa. The upper level also has a bedroom with 2 twin beds. Adjacent you will find a full bath with shower/tub combo in the hallway to the great room.    The lower level has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has a King bed with a private bath. The second bedroom also has a King bed. Both King bedrooms have access to an ocean deck via sliding glass doors. The third bedroom on this lower level has a Queen bed. The 3rd bath is located off the hall beside these 2 bedrooms.  
The delightful colors and furnishings of this cottage make your stay even more relaxing. Outside enclosed shower with hot and cold water and includes a separate dressing area.
