Beachy Day features two queen beds, a queen sleeper sofa, afull sleeper sofa, covered screen deck with furniture, fully equipped kitchen,microwave, washer/dryer, 3 Roku/smart TV's, Wi-Fi, central heat and A/C, andcovered parking.

No need for sandy floors - enjoy a hot shower in the roomy,private outdoor shower/change room after sun and surf. Beach access is located onehundred yards away via the Gray St neighborhood access.

Located just north of Surf City-convenient, but far enough away to avoid beach crowds, and on a stretch of the beach sought by fishermen in the Fall. It is third row, but you can see both ocean and sound.

Complimentary linens during peak season only. Does not include linens for sleeper sofas.

2 dogs, no size limit, allowed with paid pet fee per dog.

No Smoking or Vaping.
