As you climb from floor to floor you will find Buddha's to wish you peace and happiness during your stay in this well thought out and mindfully decorated home. Carefully curated art pieces will make you appreciate the interior beauty as well as enjoying the amazing beach and ocean. Located in Surf City on Topsail Island, Sea Star Serenity is a 4-bedroom townhome where you will feel at peace with your universe. With views looking towards the ocean as well as being able to see the Inter Coastal Waterway in the distance this is truly a special and peaceful place.
Entering the home on the ground floor you are greeted with a few options to sit down to slip your flip flops off before heading upstairs. On this ground level there are hooks lining the wall to hang your towel for a quick run in from or out to the community pool, outside shower or beach. The second floor is home to 3 of the 4 bedrooms as well as the stacked washer and dryer in the hallway. The second-floor master bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV and a large ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. The lovely Ocean facing private deck off this bedroom is your own private oasis. What an amazing place to find some alone time or maybe gather a few of your favorite people. There are 4 seats to sit down and get comfy on this deck. The other 2 bedrooms share a deck that faces the courtyard and community pool. One bedroom has another king size bed and the other a full bed with a twin trundle, both have mounted smart TVs. The bathroom for these two bedrooms is in the hallway and features a bathtub/ shower.
The third floor finds you in a well-equipped kitchen having everything you'll need to whip up a gourmet meal or serve up some recently delivered pizza. The dining room table seats 4 and the kitchen island offers 4 more seats. Comfortable and elegant would be the best adjectives to describe the living room. Decorated in calming whites and blues you will be drawn to the couch or chair to curl up, relax, catch up with family, read a good book, watch a movie on the Smart TV or just enjoy the setting you find yourself in. Off the living room you will find a lovely deck facing out towards the Ocean. Looking in one direction you will see the beautiful sea and in the other the equally pretty sound. There is a high-top table with 4 chairs, just the right spot to begin your day with your first cup of coffee and close out the evening with a glass of wine. There is a half bath located in the hallway just past the kitchen. The other master bedroom is also on this floor. There is a luxurious king size bed and a mounted Smart TV. The ensuite master bathroom has both a step-in shower and separately a jetted garden tub. You have your own private balcony off the master bedroom with a seating area. This deck faces into the courtyard where you'll have a bird's eye view of the kids splashing around in the community pool.
Under the home is covered parking and a storage room to secure everything you'll need for your days on the beach. Thinking of everything you could need: there is a refrigerator in this storage room. No need to run inside covered in sand when you can grab a bottle of water right here. There is also an enclosed outside shower. In the courtyard is a community pool and only a short walk down a lazy road is the beach. The deeded cross over is partially ramped as well as having stairs. The beach is an unspoiled stretch of sand, shells and if you are lucky shark's teeth and sea glass. You'll want to fill your days and your memories with splashing in the surf, helping the kids build sandcastles and sitting in a group feeling the sun on your face, smelling the salt air and letting the easy conversation flow.
You will only be a 5-minute drive (about 2 and half miles) to the center of Surf City where you will find many privately owned gift shops and restaurants. Whether you are looking to get your day started by grabbing some fresh donuts at Daybreak Donuts or right next-door some bagels at Sunrise Bagel, a midday ice cream cone at Island Delights, a special Ocean Front meal at Daddy Mac's or have a date night while watching the sunset over the sound at Beauchaines 211 Topsail Island has you covered. There are several gift shops in this area, too. You will be able to get everyone on your list a souvenir from Topsail at The Bumblebee Market, Topsail Trading Company (Their homemade fudge is famous!) or go right over the bridge to the mainland where you'll find Mia's Marketplace and The Coral Cottage. Also over the bridge are the closest food stores. There are 3 to choose from: Neighborhood Walmart, Food Lion and Publix are all within a 10-minute drive.
So many places to go and so many sights to see that all go into making Topsail Island a wonderful vacation choice and finding a beautiful spot like Sea Star Serenity to lay your head and be at peace makes it all the more special.
Sea Star Serenity is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhome that sleeps 9. All bedrooms have a Smart TV and there is a Smart TV in the living room.
First Level:

Rates Include: Rent, Property Protection Fee, Booking Fee. Absolutely no events such as but not limited to weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties. NO Smoking.
**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive on the island.
Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.
Guest Access: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!

Check Out: Is 10:00 AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.
The Area: Topsail is a 28 mile long, barrier island made up of marshes, barrier flats, dunes, and beach. Topsail Beach is home to Jolly Rodgers Pier - once an Observation tower for NASA - now a great fishing spot and the best place to watch sunrises and sea life. The Missiles and More Museum is also another great attraction to visit. North Topsail Beach is 8 miles (13 minutes) from Surf City, it is also 6.4 miles (9 minutes) to Sneads Ferry. North Topsail is home to the Seaview Pier. At the Pier, you can go fishing, watch the ocean from the pier, get some ice cream, order from the restaurant.
