Ground Level: Inside you'll find the Rec Room with flat-screen TV, foosball table, kitchenette with sink refrigerator and bar seating 2, pool deck access, half bath, Master Bedroom Queen and Bunk Set with flat-screen TV and private bathroom.
Mid Level: Den with a flat-screen TV, Queen Sleep Sofa and deck access, 2 King Master Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV, deck access and private bathroom, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, and a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to living areas), and a Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Single with Trundle with flat-screen TV. Laundry closet with washer and dryer.

Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.
Repeat Renter Discount: This home offers a 5% repeat renter discount. Must be applied at the time of booking.
Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.
Kilmarlic Golf Club Member This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons, clinics and more! The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
