DESCRIPTION
37 Newport Street - The Carousel - This concrete canal house features four bedrooms and two baths, on two levels. Downstairs, one bedroom has a double and a twin. The second downstairs bedroom has a set of twin bunks and a twin bed. These bedrooms share a Jack-N-Jill bathroom shower only. Upstairs, bedroom three has full size bed with a trundle, and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds. The upstairs bedrooms share a Jack-N-Jill bathroom that has a tub/shower.
Amenities include boat dock, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, blender, and Wi-Fi. Smart TV with Streaming which may be accessed with guest's own accounts. The dining room table seats six and there are also four stools at the bar for additional seating. The comfortable canal side porches will invite you to sit and relax and enjoy the view. Golf cart outlet is located ground level on the right side of the home.
