The chefs in the family will love the kitchen! Enjoy coffee or cocktails on the two-level, covered deck overlooking the private, fenced backyard, ideal for pets and outdoor relaxation. An elevator to all floors makes luggage and groceries a breeze. A boater's delight featuring a floating dock and comfortable parking for five cars. Gas grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower.
