Ground Level:  The ground level offers convenient parking for up to 3 vehicles and an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off sandy toes after a long beach day.

Mid-Level:  Head upstairs to the main level, where indoor comfort meets outdoor charm. The screened porch is a guest favorite, featuring a window bar with barstools, rocking chairs, and even a hammock swing, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks with a coastal breeze. There's also a sundeck for soaking up the sunshine, good read, or stargazing at night.

Step inside and you'll be welcomed by an open, light-filled living space designed for gathering and relaxing. Comfortable seating surrounds a Smart TV with Roku streaming, making movie nights easy after a full day of adventure. The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, and the dining table with seating for 6 keeps everyone together for dinners, games, or planning the next day's fun.

The layout is thoughtfully designed for easy living. The King master bedroom features a private bathroom with dual vanities and direct deck access, a peaceful spot to step outside and enjoy the fresh salty air. A cozy Queen bedroom and an additional bedroom with 2 Twin XL  beds provide flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups of friends. A shared full bathroom completes the main level, offering convenience and privacy for all guests.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds, and the beds will be made, except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds, for which sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking:  During the booking process, you will be asked to enter a credit card number; however, no charges will be made to this card.  After booking, you will receive an email to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
