A spacious carport provides storage for your bikes and beach gear, along with ample parking and a flat, street-level boat trailer spot. Ideally located near Ocean Oaks Park playground (.2 mi), the famous 11-mile bike path (.3 mi), and dog-friendly Emerald Woods Park (.5 mi) with bird and hiking trails, disc golf, and a sound pier, plus dining within walking distance (.8 mi), the home blends recreation and relaxation perfectly. Amenities include Roku Smart TVs throughout, wireless Internet, mini fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Up to three dogs are welcome (especially Dachshunds) with a $200 non-refundable fee per dog, and dog-friendly features include one small and two large crates plus gates at the top of all indoor and outdoor stairs. Ocean Oaks is a serene, family-friendly residential neighborhood ideal for walking with pets. Gas grill and enclosed shower.
