Parking instructions:
2 parking spots for guest use. One assigned located under the labeled carport and one guest spot located in the parking lot. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Garage not for guest use. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately (200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. A cooler, beach cart and beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

Property Improvement Disclaimer:
The community currently has several improvement projects underway, including lighting upgrades, pool bathroom renovations, and grinding/recoating of the main entry ramps to all buildings. These projects are anticipated to be completed prior to the start of the season (beginning in April). However, timelines are subject to change due to weather conditions, material availability, and other unforeseen circumstances. The continuation, scheduling, or extension of any project will be determined at the discretion of the Homeowners Association (HOA)
