Things to Know: Guests enjoy access to the community pool, typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pool availability is subject to HOA discretion and may vary.
Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds. Beds will be made, except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds, for which sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: During the booking process, you will be asked to enter a credit card number; no charges will be made to this card. After booking, you will receive an email to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit full payment.
