Inside, this well-appointed home has an airy, cottage feel with an abundance of windows and natural light. The open concept top-level includes a spacious living area, updated kitchen, and multiple dining options—a main dining table, island, bistro table, and additional seating in the ship's watch area. A king ensuite bedroom with private deck access offers a peaceful place to recharge. The second level offers another king suite and private deck, plus three additional rooms well-suited for kids or adults-alike. On the ground floor, you'll find a lounge space with TV, sleep sofa, a full bath, laundry room, and convenient second refrigerator—plus easy access to the private pool and hot tub just outside.

*NOTE: RVs, campers, trailers, golf carts, boats, and 4-wheelers are NOT permitted at this property. Violations will be towed & result in a fine.

Additional Amenity Details: Private Pools are open from May 1, 2026 until October 11, 2026 and April 30, 2027 until October 15, 2027. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round. Community pools are open in-season only – exact dates must be confirmed by the property management company. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 22, 2026 and September 6, 2026.


All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
