On the first floor you will find a very open floor plan from the kitchen to the living room, primary bedroom, guest bedroom and powder room are all located on the main level as well. The upstairs is open to the downstairs creating a cozy togetherness feeling. An additional 2 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and access to the back porches from every bedroom. All TV's have streaming capacity for guests to log in and stream their preferred apps. There is plenty of space for parking as well. Underneath you will find an outdoor shower and a storage room for all your beach needs. Plenty of deck space to enjoy your morning coffee and the cool ocean breeze. The open backyard is great for outdoor entertainment, as well as an inground pool.  Pool heat is available October thru May for an additional fee of $100.00 per day (must be ordered in advance and for the entire stay). The widows walk offers amazing views of OIB beaches and ocean. Bed linens and bath towels are provided, and beds are made upon arrival. The property has pillows and bed covers. Please note that dish towels and beach towels are not included. Paper goods and soaps for your entire stay are not included. A starter supply is provided. From the relaxing beach days to amazing restaurants, nightlife & more.
