Mid Level:  Entry level.  Offers  2 Queen  Bedrooms  with flat-screen TV, Bedroom with  2 Bunk Sets, Bedroom with a  Bunk Set  and  Single, full hall bathroom and the laundry closet with washer and dryer.

Top Level:  Great room with flat-screen TV and sound bar with deck access, kitchen with counter seating 4, dining area seating 8 with access, full hall bath,  Queen  Bedroom  and a loft with sitting area, desk and printer.

Extras:  Hot Tub, 3 TVs, sound bar, gas grill, high chair, pack-n-play, books, games, picnic table, outside shower, Keurig.  No Smoking. Dogs Welcome (2 max).  Seasonal Flex Stay available with a 3-night minimum (October 1 - May 15).  Beds:  3 Queens, 3 Bunk Sets, 1 Single.  House Address:  131 Hillside Court. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost.  This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking:  After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment  within 3 days,  to avoid cancellation.  During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card.  We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
