On the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms with a queen bed in eachone with a private bathand a shared hall bath. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed, while the other has two twin beds, with two additional full baths on this level. There is a queen sofa bed in the loft.
The dining area comfortably seats six, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. A screened-in porch overlooking the canal provides the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Beach access is nearby at Leland and Goldsboro Streets.
Enjoy the convenience of a private boat dock, enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave, blender, ceiling fans and secure Wi-Fi.
Entertainment options include DirecTV and a Smart TV in the living room with streaming capabilities using your own accounts.
This property offers keyless entry, and a golf cart outlet is located on the ground level, left side of the house.
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Ten bath towels and washcloths will be supplied, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
